Why?
My passion is to help you to have the life you deserve. As simple as that.
I want you to have the tools to reconnect to, and be intimate with Self. I create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to compassionately inquire into the behavioural patterns and coping mechanisms that are present in your life right now. I will hold space whilst you discover the causal points of your coping strategies and integrate them so as to free yourself from their constriction. I will give you practical tools that support the changes.
Most of all, I want you to enjoy this journey, free from indecision, doubt and fear.
